Once purchased, concert tickets, course places and class subscriptions cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded.
Refunds and exchanges will only be offered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
Fèis Rois reserves the right to make changes to the advertised programme, including tutors, workshops offered or fringe/evening activities.
The unauthorised use of cameras, audio and video equipment is not permitted at any of our events. You will always be asked as a participant at the time of sign up if you consent to photography and filming for our own publicity purposes.
Social media guidelines
We trust users to be responsible, and the majority of people who post on our channels respect that trust. Fèis Rois may remove any content that we consider to be unlawful (or which promotes unlawful conduct) or which we deem inappropriate, including but not limited to:
Obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory comments or comments that incite or condone violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, or sexual orientation/gender identity, or whose primary purpose is inciting hatred on the basis of these core characteristics
- Threatening or abusive content or content that invades another’s privacy, or which harasses or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety
- Content showing harmful or dangerous acts
- Pornography or sexually explicit content
- Spam, scams, misleading content or metadata
- Violent or graphic content

Feedback is very important and helps to improve the services delivered to all our customers. We encourage anyone to comment on their experience and will respond in a professional, consistent, accurate and honest way. We will reply to customers using their preferred method of communication and aim to do so within 10 working days; if this is not possible customers will be kept informed.

Complaints Management Policy
Fèis Rois is committed to managing any customer complaints effectively and efficiently through a formal process.
The Chief Executive is accountable for the Complaints Management Process and has overall responsibility for coordinating the resolution of complaints and any subsidiary issues by liaising with the relevant and responsible teams.
These terms and conditions are governed by Scots law.
